Maksym Serhiiovych Tkhorivskyi

Education: graduated from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, obtained   Master’s Degree in Law. 

Professional experience: 

From 2010 to 2015, I held positions of senior investigator and senior prosecutor at the public prosecutor’s offices of various levels. Conducted pre-trial investigation and supported state prosecution in court in the cases related to official, economic and corruption crimes committed by high-ranking officials.

From 2015 to 2018, worked as a lawyer in an international company: applied an alternative dispute resolution (conflict resolution) procedure; supported cross-border litigations; engaged in the search and return of assets; conducted investigations into international fraud schemes; ensured recognition and supported execution of court decisions in foreign jurisdictions.

From 2016 to date, I have been engaged in the private law practice in the field of protection of business interests, international investors, and private individuals in criminal jurisdiction. I ensure that simultaneous attorney’s investigations are conducted. I develop a defense strategy in the cases initiated as a result of allegations regarding commitment of a corruption offense, for which criminal liability is established by law. I provide assistance in conducting internal investigations.
