Ivan Yevhenovych Fedorenko

Professional experience:
From 2010 to 2013, I was involved in scientific activities and worked in local self-government bodies as a leading legal advisor. In accordance with my official duties, I represented the interests of the Kharkiv City Council in commercial courts of all instances, provided legal support for the activities of the Kharkiv City Council in the matters pertaining to property and budget.
From 2013 to 2015, I provided legal support to private companies. I held the positions of legal adviser, international lawyer, head of the legal department. I was involved in supporting business contracts of a group of private companies, including support of foreign economic activities and support of intra-group non-resident companies; organized the work of the legal service at the private enterprise.
From 2016 to 2018, I worked in the public prosecutor’s office as a prosecutor.
From 2019 to 2021, I resumed working in the field of legal support of private business entities. Worked in the structure of international vertically integrated holdings.
From 2021 to date, I have been engaged in the private law practice. I provide legal support in connection with legal and arbitration protection of business entities.
