Iryna Oleksandrivna Hryhorchuk

Education: graduated from the Khmelnytskyi University of Management and Law,  obtained educational level of specialist in the law specialty. 

Professional experience: 

From 2010 to 2014, worked in local and appellate courts of common-law jurisdiction. Responsibilities included preparation of court cases for review, registration of court cases, preparation of draft court decisions, requests, letters, and other materials related to the review of certain cases.

From 2014 to 2019, provided professional assistance to legal entities (enterprises) during their participation in public procurement; engaged in the preparation of tender documentation; conducted a market analysis and assessed risks for a direct participant in the procurement procedure; represented the interests of the public procurement participant and supported the latter at all stages of the procurement process, commencing from the procurement procedure and until the final fulfillment of the contract terms. I have gained successful experience of representing clients’ interests before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and in courts at the stage of appealing against the results of review of bids.

Since 2019, I have been engaged in the private law practice. I facilitate the resolution of legal disputes in commercial, administrative, family, and private legal relationships.
