From 2018 to date, I have been working in the law firm. I specialize in the conclusion of business contracts and protection of intellectual property rights. I provide legal advice regarding establishment and registration of companies; business purchase and sale; distribution of shares and other issues related to corporate structures, as well as issues of obtaining necessary permits and visas for working and staying in Ukraine.
In addition, I have experience in the field of reorganization of legal entities; opening and running a business in Ukraine; structuring of operations; choosing the optimal model of corporate governance and resolving corporate conflicts.
In 2023, I received a certificate confirming passing of the qualifying bar exam.
